You register for the loyalty programme when booking a 30 minute appointment, you pay £80 for the half hour, but earn £5 loyalty £’s on your card. On your second appointment, you book a 30 minute appointment and once again earn £5 loyalty £’s on your card. On your next appointment (your third), you book half an hour, but this time you can redeem, and in doing so only pay £70 for the half hour. On the fourth appointment you start earning again, £5 loyalty £’s for this one, another £5 loyalty £’s for the fifth appointment and then again redeem £10 loyalty £’s on your sixth. Every 3rd appointment you can redeem, this then continues until infinity. The more you use us, the more you will save.
Example based on 60 minute appointments:
You register for the loyalty programme when booking an hour appointment, you pay £140 for the hour, but earn £10 loyalty £’s on your card. On your second appointment, you book an hour appointment and once again earn £10 loyalty £’s on your card. On your next appointment (your third), you book an hour, but this time you can redeem, and in doing so only pay £120 for the hour. On the fourth appointment you start earning again, £10 loyalty £’s for this one, another £10 loyalty £’s for the fifth appointment and then again redeem £20 loyalty £’s on your sixth. Every 3rd appointment you can redeem, this then continues until infinity. The more you use us, the more you will save.
Now if you start mixing and matching appointment from an hour to 30 minutes and so on, it does start to get a little complicated, so Im not going to confuse you with examples, however you can be rest assured that you will still earn points and will still be able to redeem according to your actual loyalty balance. You will still be tied by redemption values but if you have more loyalty £'s on your card than you can redeem in one go, the remainder will still be waiting safely for you the next time you return.
